Wednesday, December 30, 2009, Research Topic! My research topic would be on... Discuss the role of design in the global go-green movement! , Introduction and Practical One! Greetings to all! My name is Muhammad Haziq and I am from Temasek Design School, studying in Diploma of Environment Design. A few of the hobbies that I enjoy doing during my free time are playing online games such as Facebook and World of Warcraft and also cooking. On top of that, I do enjoy playing football and support Chelsea Fc. I have been in this school for 2 and a half years and loving the experience in the design school, and especially in the field of work that I am working on. The main reason why I joined Design School and Environment Design is that I enjoy doing hands on work such as models and also problem solving in which architecture is all about, solving problems. After completing this course for three years and I plan to continue worknig in the design field as a architect or designer, and probably after a few years, with the worknig experience, I would like to continue my studies at University level. So, why did I choose to be in the Effective Internet Research class? Honestly, because I wasn't given a choice. But, its actually a good break from doing design oriented subjects and I could finally enjoy lessons in front of the computer for a change. So far, the first session seem to be kind of relaxed. Which isn't a bad thing for the first lesson, being right after the holidays and all... I would be expecting much more work to come in the next few sessions to come. Maybe not too much.
